(IN-PERSON ATTENDEES ONLY)

In-Person Attendees Only

We’re kicking off 2021 in style! A select group of Representatives are invited to register with a VIP Pass and can request to attend in person (based on local attendance guidelines). Representatives who choose in-person attendance will be placed on a waitlist to stay at the iconic Beverly Wilshire Hotel, a Four Seasons Hotel—a favorite spot of celebrities, royalty and international elite in the heart of Beverly Hills!

Accommodations

As soon as we’ve confirmed how many attendees will be permitted to attend Kickoff in person, we’ll contact wait-listed Representatives and confirm whether your registration is for in-person or virtual attendance. For applicable accounts, we’ll confirm Co-App attendance and participation, too.

In-Person attendees will be assigned rooms per account based on registration requests. Avon will cover hotel costs for Friday, January 22 and Saturday, January 23.

Each in-person confirmed attendee will have their own room. One room per account will be provided. If you wish to share a room with another confirmed in-person VIP Pass attendee, please make a request during registration. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

There are a limited number of rooms available for 3 days pre- and post-Kickoff at the rate of $357.13 per night (including fees and taxes) for confirmed in-person attendees who’d like to come to the Beverly Wilshire early or stay longer. These rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please include any additional room night requests in your online registration. Note: Pre- and post-Kickoff rooms are not guaranteed until the hotel confirms availability.

Hotel Charges

During check-in, you’ll be asked to present a credit card for incidentals and any additional room nights you’ve requested. A hold of $100 per night will be placed on your account for incidental charges.

When you check out, the credit hold will be released and the amount due, if any, will be charged to the card you provided at check-in. If you didn’t make any incidental purchases or add room nights to your stay, the entire held amount will be credited within 10 business days.

The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover.

If you are paired with a roommate, you can settle incidental charges together during check-out.

Travel Tip: We recommend you use a credit card rather than a debit card to avoid a withdrawal from your bank account.

Personal Charges

You’ll be responsible for room service, phone calls, parking, in-room movies, laundry services, gift purchases, spa services, activities and other incidentals. Local calls are complimentary.

HOTEL CHECK-IN

Check-in begins at 3 PM PST on Friday, January 22. Please have your photo I.D. and a credit card ready.

Arriving earlier than 3 PM? The hotel will do their best to accommodate you. If your room is not ready, just stow your bags with the bell desk and start exploring!

Hotel Check-out

Hotel check-out is 12 PM PST on Sunday, January 24. Please be sure to settle incidental charges with the hotel.

Bring your luggage to General Session on Sunday morning and we will store it for you until departure.

Safety

Your health and safety are top priority. The Beverly Wilshire has implemented Lead With Care, a new health and safety program designed to keep all guests safe. Learn more about the hotel’s safety measures.

In accordance with the Los Angeles County Guidelines, as well as with guidance from medical experts and in line with industry best practices, all staff, visitors and guests (age 2+) are required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces, around Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, as well as when in contact with people outside your household. All guests and employees will go through a health screening prior to entry of the hotel through the Wilshire Wing Lobby directly off the porte-cochère valet area.

Read an update on COVID-19 as well as Four Seasons’s enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care. Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature checking as well as a series of questions regarding health and recent travel. Hotel employees will be wearing masks. In accordance with the advice of medical experts and industry best practices, all guests at Four Seasons hotels and resorts globally (age 10+) will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public indoor spaces on property and when receiving service while in their guest room. Masks are strongly recommended for children age 2-9 years old. In some jurisdictions, additional or more stringent regulations on mask usage are mandated and must therefore apply. Examples may include, but are not limited to, requirements for children age 2 and above to wear masks, or masks required in outdoor, as well as indoor, public areas for all ages. Four Seasons hotels adhere to the more stringent requirement between Four Seasons Corporate Policy and local regulations. This policy is effective as of August 4, 2020 in the United States. Please contact the hotel directly if you have questions about this policy.
